You are about to enter an agreement to purchase an original piece of art based on the digital version of LIPS 20 painting and it will be made of Acrylic paints on Canvas with signature and year on the front and back with addition of copyright notice. This original piece of art will be considered commissioned when 50% of the value is received in Hugo's PayPal account and will be shipped under 6 weeks later after Hugo receiving the remaining 50% of the value to his PayPal account.

Any variations with the digital version will be due to brush applications and some other personal choices of the artist, what is guaranteed is that this will be an only original handmade version of the digital art and even though the artist retains the copyright for publication, catalogs, website and books, this version will never be printed for commercial use. Since this is a commission work, the piece will have to be approved on video before it is sent out, the commissioner has the right to suggest any changes over the video, but nothing that is removed from the digital version.
NOTE: Larger size could be negotiated if the commissioner is interested.
IMPORTANT NOTE:There is no return of the first 50% once the work is on production.
